Why Your Content Doesn’t Sync Across Devices

Reasons why Podcrash content might not appear on another device and how to fix syncing issues.

Minecraft Marketplace content syncs through your Microsoft account, not through the device.

Check These First

  1. Are you signed into the same Microsoft account?
    This is the #1 reason content doesn’t sync.

  2. Does the device support Minecraft Bedrock?
    Java Edition does not support Marketplace content.

  3. Is the Marketplace loading normally?
    If the Marketplace is offline, syncing won’t work.

Console-Specific Considerations

  • PlayStation and Switch may take longer to sync.

  • Some features must be enabled in Privacy & Online Safety settings.

If syncing still doesn’t happen, restart the device and relaunch Minecraft.
