Minecraft Marketplace purchases are tied to the Microsoft/Xbox account you used at checkout.
If you're logged into a different account, your content won’t appear.Restart Minecraft fully
Close the game completely and reopen it to force a Marketplace refresh.Go to Marketplace → Profile → My Content
Your purchase should appear with a Download button.Check for storage space
If your device is full, content may not download.
